Abdullahi Omar was excellent. He was here within the hour of my phone call to Nerds on Site. He was quick to resolve the problem. After the storm on Tuesday afternoon our internet and Voice over internet phone as well. He found out the the issue was that our VOIP had also got damage by the storm and connected up the owners computer so that he was able to be online.
