I was more than pleased. I was AMAZED! Randall signed on remotely, and solved all three problems in about a half hour. He explained what went wrong for me, what to look for in the future, and how to possibly avoid ending up in the same spot again.

My Nerd arrived on time after giving me a call to tell me he was on his way. When he arrived he said 'hello, nice to see you'. We went to my computer and I told him my issues. He proceeded to show me what I had done wrong and how the right way should be done. We did this several times and then he told me to do it myself. I did and all was fixed and I was able to proceed with my work I needed to do on the computer. Very efficient instructions.

Well I have been dealing with online support for my new credit card--they thought I had to open a new email acct in order to register my new card. I was on the phone with them 3 different times yesterday and no one could suggest a fix in order to keep my current, and only email acct. I called Luis and he was on the phone with me and solved that issue in about 20 minutes. He is an absolute gem.

I worked at GD and managed a lot of IT work on special projects. I am not a techie but can communicate well what the project requires. I was lucky enough to hire 2 very talented IT people that also understood project language and how to match those with the contractual requirements. Luis is very talented and personable--You don't always get that from IT personnel.
