I have come to rely on Nerds on Site, Jim Howarth for many years now.

I need computer lingo lessons!

I have never been disappointed with any of the Nerd reps but Randall is special I am 93 and have little tech savvy and I rely on him to simplify his instructions . .

I am a tech dummy and I rely on Leo to help me. He always comes through. Best of all; he is patient with my slow learner status.

We have had Randall Hall as our "nerd' previous to this experience. He has always been quick and efficient in dealing with any problems. He set up our new system for us and explained any issues we had been having.

Would use Nerds on Site and Randall for any type of issues in the future

I have dealt with Randall frequently in the last month or so and he has always been available, patient and helpful for a variety of problems I have experienced. He has solved my problems quickly and efficiently to the point that I won't go to anyone else. When I replace my current laptop, I want to have him help me set it up properly as he explains computer functioning so well.

Leo is fantastic. He helped my mom Setup her new ipad. Unfortunately she is going into hospice tommorrow but she wanted me to fill this out for her to let you guys know she has recommended Leo to her friends & I myself will contact him anytime I need assistance or have questions.

There aren't sufficient words in the English vocabulary to efficiently describe Randall's visit, but I will do my best! Normally, my problems are minimal, but on this occasion the problem was over the top. Both my computer and printer were impossible to navigate, but thanks to Randall's incredible expertise, the issue was resolved, and all aspects were amazingly updated and exceptionally improved. I NEVER stress about problems I might have in the future because I know that Randall will be by my side, and all will be well. Thank you Randall for blessing me with your incredible expertise!

Randall came over to help me out after a packed Friday. He was pleasant, efficient and helpful. After showing me physically how to boot up my modem, I had been doing it wrong... my problem was solved. i couldn't be more pleased. He was very even tempered and pleasant about the whole situation even though it was entirely my not knowing certain basic things about computers.
