In the midst of

In the midst of a computer crash when I was dealing with some other stressors, my Nerd responded quickly, helped me.

My nerd saw that I was not just struggling with my computer issue, but also with an unrelated transportation issue that proved to be crucial to resolving the dual difficulty I faced. He cleaned and restored my computer so I could complete my tasks for my clients. I am so very grateful!

Barry explained many things to me regarding my computer and doing backups- that was very helpful to me as I have so, so much to learn about computers.

Since having my internet and tv service set up by my nerd on May 21, 2026, I've been experiencing some issues with the tv service. I'm getting some odd messages such as "prompting me if I'm the only tv user or should other users be added". This, and another message at times indicates an "error code....and that some channels may not be available". I usually just move past this prompt and all of the channels appear to be there. The "Link Tv" channel guide is also somewhat hard to read and always has a shadow from the previous channel viewed, when looking at the guide. I'm not sure if these are service-provider (Execulink-related) issues, but my nerd did set up my Apple 4k 64gb tv box as part of my work order. I'm still attempting to discuss these points with Execulink as well. Thanks.
