I was absolutely blown away by the fact that I called early in the pm, and I was given a person coming to my home that same day. Pleasant demeanour, polite and more than helpful to someone who is an absolute non literate user of the world wide web.

You did not displease. I was more than thankful that Luis Feliz was so good at his job, had a pleasing demeanour and non judgemental about my non knowledge.

Well I made the call the woman I talked on phone was very helpful .she did a great job and explained how it all worked.and

Luis Feliz was very polite explain all aspect of the process .he was kind and very very patience with myself and my husband as we are Seniors so I'm sure he is a super kind loving person . And answered any question I had. So yes all in all. If I ever need help again. Randall was all I hoped. He came on time, immediately got to the task at hand. Understood what was required. Kept me informed. Answered my questions. and gave me options. He also understood I was limited in my computer knowledge and skills and kept things simple. This is the second time he has worked with me and both experiences were great. There will be some follow up questions as I work through both a new operating system and a new e-mail account and he set up a system for me to contact him on-line. Right now I have some confusion learning the new system and I have confidence he will help.

As noted above I will need some follow up and I have every confidence that Randall will be there to help. Good Work !

We found Luis to be very knowledgeable with the process, that had us frustrated after a day of do this do that, still doesn't work, get on the phone AGAIN, Ugh. Call the nerds in and watch him go, while explaining, answering questions, not in all in a rush to get out the door and leaving us with fingers crossed ?? hoping nothing goes wrong after he leaves. My confidence level was higher after he left, but I absolutely know for certain that if anything goes wrong again with anything else, I'll skip the day of frustration and just give these Nerds a call ??
