Luis explained clearly what he was doing and answered all my questions. He checked to make sure that everything was working properly. I was very pleased with his work and would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed help with computers.

I presented Luis with a situation I'm sure he'd never encountered before -- getting my phone app connected to my thermostat and able to change settings and to try to control switching between my furnace and my heat pump. The final solution now is in the hands of the app provider and Luis indicated how to direct that. Then, on his way out, he solved a number of minor aggravating issues I had with my phone and my computer and recommended some actions I should take soon.

Technician was very patient, very knowledgeable.

Once a client makes a request for help, it would be nice to have a rough idea when client could expect a call back. Personally I waited around the house for a couple of days so I could be there if help was available. Four days later I got a call to finally make an appointment.

Luis was friendly and efficient. Found the issue I had quickly and resolved it accordingly.

Randall is a good person, and I really appreciate the work he does for me. Thank you.

While I have an older system Barry was very patient, and was able to inform me that while I needed a lot of updating the original disconnect was a supplier problem.

while the declining dollar is not NOS problem it is sad that money does not go as far. Yet I believe I got value for money

Everything I asked to be checked was done. 8 year old laptop was cleaned and life extended. Learnt new tricks with iPad that will make it smoother to use.

My household has used your service several times over the years and have always been pleased and impressed with the caliber of the technicians who have solved various problems for us. Nerds is always my technical support because I know they will get the job done and it will be done right.

Randall procured and set up a new computer for us this week. As always, Randall was efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. We are very happy with the services Randall has provided to us.

The technician was very pleasant and showed me how to fix the problem should it occur again. The service was prompt but was very expensive. That being said, I did not have to take the computer out of my house and the tech showed up exactly when he said he would.

You may wish to know I was one of your original customers. About 30 years ago, before the London Board of Education had its own techs who would come to the schools to fix computers, I would call 'Nerds" and they (2 guys whom I think were still UWO students) and they would fix whatever was the issue -usually the problem was with the dot matrix printer which I bet you've never seen.

Barry did a great job as he always does. In my case he worked on a particular issue in what I would consider was his own time, and successfully resolved my problem.

Barry is my 'Go To' Guy for all my computer needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
