Randall went above and beyond, as we visited Rogers to get some of my problems figured out. He then went through the list of my computer and do cell phone emerging problems, solving all my concerns. It was pleasant to work with, always explaining each step and how it would improve my digital experience in the future.

No displeasure on my behalf, mostly because yesterday I contacted Randall about the difficulty that popped up, we chatted over our cell phones. He walked me through several steps to alleviate that minor technical pickup.

The only concern I have is my credit card. I would prefer it not be kept on file, especially along with my three digit CRV at the back of the card. I usually use money transfer for all my contractors. I consider it safer as many major companies like yourselves are getting hacked nowadays. Can you please advise me when you have deleted completely, my credit card information. The next time I engage your companies services, I'll use my credit card again, if money transfer is still somehow not ideal.
