Randall coming to install our computers and doing all the installation of hardware (or software) makes my life easy. He is also always available to help when I have questions.

Randall was able to navigate me from having a brand new laptop fresh out of the box to having it function as a tool that I will be able to use in my new job, and in ways I have never used a laptop before. I don't know how he did it, but he showed mw how to get into programs I was locked out of, how to log into apps I had no experience with, come up with passwords that opened doors to heretofore unknown apps and programs, how to record case notes by speaking into my laptop microphone and saving myself time otherwise spent "hunting and pecking" (one of those wonderful recommendations that changed my life). He also suggested that I should be asking my new employer to help with the cost of purchasing a new dedicated laptop and having him (my Nerd) come in to help me get set up in preparation for the expectations of my work at the new agency. Randall is also has a great, dry sense of humour that takes a lot of the stress out of a very challenging task, at least for me. I would have been 'way out of my depth and stymied without his help.

Well, he did say my typing amounted to hunting and pecking. No one wants to hear that! Otherwise, I can't criticize anything about the work he did for me!

Give this man an award for putting up with me! I am the least computer-savvy person in the world! Yet he gets through to me!

An unknown person had been attempting to hack into my social media account, credit cards, PayPal and my bank and had also tried to extort money from me by way of email. Randall took quick and decisive action to secure all of these accounts by changing passwords and removing the accounts from password manager on my home page and storing them safely.

He continues to support us with his knowledge, patience, teaching skills and answering our questions in a professional manner. my one and only comment would be possibly my fault. Luis arranged for my visit to be at 12 noon. I emailed him about 10 am, saying that I was running late, and if he came at 1pm it would be better. I did not realize that he went to another service call, so therefore he did not contact me or arrive until approx 3pm. It would have been nice to know that he would not be coming at 1pm as I had requested. Again, could have been my fault

I am interested in how people make a living and the paths taken to do what they do. Education,courses, self directed learning, on the job training along with apprenticeship in a business that requires years of training and, updating to do the work of a professional. EVERYTHINGISAPPRENTICESHIP should be taught in elementary schools and higher forms of education. Discipline discipline and belief that doing anything for someone else creates INCOME You should promote EVERYTHINGINAPPRENTICESHIP in your marketingetc. What do you think? Your starting a business by 3 people is a Roman Triumvirate with ego set aside in decision making. Think of a Triangle with 2 or 3 leading to a course of action. Spinmaster Toys started that way and grew into a 500 million $ company.

Randall is great at spotting additional or related issues above and beyond the one that prompted my call. He also explains how and why the problem developed so it can be avoided going forward.

Randall is a great teacher! He shows me how to work with my Computer, Printer, Scanner, etc., and then has me go through the exercise myself so I can remember how to do it myself later.

The problem was quickly resolved and Luis took the time to explain how the problem was created and changed some settings so it will not recur. Luis is an excellent teacher who takes the time to show me how to avoid problems and how to trouble shoot when they do happen. Exactly the type of help I need.

Luis (our Nerd) was right on time, explained everything clearly with all the issues I had. I loved that we can request Luis anytime as we like him and he knows who we are.
