In addition to a professional and knowledgeable demeaner, Randall is a very patient and respectful person with seniors who are no longer as technically capable as they once were. We can be very frustrated with our own disability and his sense of humour is spot on in calming our frustration.

As you can tell by my responses above our experience with Leo was excellent. He is an excellent Nerd as well as an excellent person. He diagnosed the problem in short order and he was proven correct once I purchased a new printer cable and installed it this afternoon. We are up and printing again!! Just a suggestion but have you considered having your Nerd keep a supply of cables, etc. that could be purchased by the client? It would certainly be convenient for the customer . Just a thought.
