the people who set up the appointment with Bob Upton were efficient and kind, Bob very quickly and efficiently worked out the problem, and came up with a way to get us up and running immediately, with a longer term plan to make our network more stable and secure. I've come to rely on Bern and Nerds On Site for all my technology needs. I never have to wait long for a response (usually within an hour) and he is prompt to come over and assist at my home.

He's come to know me very well and always has a large Tim Horton's coffee and Timbits when he arrives. My dog also get so excited to see him because he knows there is a treat in his jacket for him.

Nerds is the best it company staff knowledgeable company i have ever used in my 29 years as a canadian tire dealer. Emmett and Tony are the absolute best. I surround my self with good people good companies so i can do what i do best and NERDS is that !

I've worked with Nerds in the past when they built my office computer, which ran reliably for over eight years.
