My only comment here would be that we have repeatedly explained to your company that we only have a bookkeeper one day per month and that is when all our bills get paid. Despite the explanation, we are receiving repeated emails asking that bills be paid before the bookkeeper comes to the office on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Our office is not able to change the way the bookkeeper is scheduled.

We would certainly recommend Nerds on Site to other businesses who are needing fast, friendly assistance with their tech needs!

Quick efficient solutions

Simon was very helpful and professional.

He was very thorough, kept me abreast of the progress and also advised that my antivirus was not what I thought it was. He installed a new one not only on my computer but all the computers in the office.

Rick was able to solve the issue when no-one else could, (Ricoh tech, Bell, and Geek Squad blamed each other). Geek Squad service came with laptops we purchased but we will likely never use it. Will definitely only call Rick. He always come through!!
