Nerds on site is one of the best innovations ever for those of us that are slightly technologically impaired... We faced a situation where our network needed urgent intervention, if not, our supermarket's front end could have ground to a halt (with potentially catastrophic consequences in the retail space)... but, a Nerd dropped in, and quickly had our network back up and running as it should!

Paul was great, as always! He took the time to understand the issue and then worked in the background to fix the issue so we could go about our day.

Henry really is an excellent employee. He helped me immensely, over and above his duty i am sure. He really is what a model employee should be. not just about the pay cheque for Henry, his customer really is important to him! Because of him i would recommend anyone with Computer issues to call Nerds on site and would tell them to specifically ask for Henry!! I will be calling his department managers and also verbally telling them how good he is!!
