I was trying to deal with Rogers as my email was defunct. They worked on it for awhile, then told me to wait a week. I did. The next fellow told me to wait 32 hours and it would be fixed and I would be notified by phone. Neither happened. Then I tried to get help again and was shunted back and forth with no help. That's what I call Disservice! I called Bern and when he started working on it, it was rectified inside of an hour. That's what I call Service!

Randall is amazing. Totally knowledgeable in every aspect of computer management. Diligent, he pursues a problem until it is solved, offering professional and courteous service. I have recommended him to all my friends who are also more than pleased with the outstanding service he provides.

I had a scare and Jens came right away on a Saturday to scan my Mac for malware. He was most informative and addressed all my many concerns - a real relief! We plan to have him come back in a few weeks' time to scan and clean up our PC laptop.

As a senior, it is reassuring to know that there is a tech company we can call that is trustworthy!

I personally had little knowledge of computers after owning no less than 20 high end laptops that failed after warranty period and thought this one was the same, I thought this one was the same. It was. But I took a chance with nerds on site. Now I have a working computer and I have a vast knowledge. the of computers. The cost to me was about 15 dollars per hour. They love their work.

I would relive this experience in a heartbeat.

Do not discard your old computers. Let Nerds on line restore them.

Gene Thomas knows what he's doing. I had another company mess up my computer. He's always been great to work with and was able to figure out first what they did and then organize everything to the way I originally had everything!

Not always punctual. Forgot to do a download required for my job. Failed to give me back the data disk I had given him, and failed to take away with him the external drive onto which he had downloaded my data.

I've worked with Nerds in the past when they built my office computer, which ran reliably for over eight years. Recently, the system began to slow down and caused some issues, so I booked an appointment with Steven. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by upgrading a secondary hard drive. He also ensured my new system was properly connected to my equipment, allowing me to continue working without any downtime. I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received.

My experience was fantastic.There were some issues with 2 new laptops and Microsoft.The issues were delt with consistantly over a few days.Bern had not quit dealing with the problems until the computer and my phone were working as they should.I would recommend these people for any of your computer needs.I am over 60 and some of this technical stuff is over my head.Thanks a whole lot for your help and patience.
