I personally had little knowledge of computers after owning no less than 20 high end laptops that failed after warranty period and thought this one was the same, I thought this one was the same. It was. But I took a chance with nerds on site. Now I have a working computer and I have a vast knowledge. the of computers. The cost to me was about 15 dollars per hour. They love their work.
I would relive this experience in a heartbeat.
Do not discard your old computers. Let Nerds on line restore them.
