I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bern for his technical and, more importantly, his people skills. Dealing with the elderly with memory issues is difficult at best, but Bern is able to get things done.

He then helped us to negotiate with Shaw and Telus a better deal for our satellite, internet and mobility services. My husband and I are older and not technical. Bern took the time to listen to us and was so pleasent and cheerful. He explained everything in terms we could understand.We were happy to pay the bill but we felt he was worth far more than what he charged us. We were lucky to find Nerds On Site and have a chance to deal with such a honest and reputatble company.

Frances rang the door bell at the time I had booked. He is one of the nicest of all the folks from whom I have received help. Easy to understand, helpful - everything worked when he was done. I am a senior and it's so important to be able to call on capable, pleasant, friendly, technical folks! And that''s him in a nutshell. What a relief to have my laptop working again - news, weather, texts, emails - banking - just so essential.

I am not tech knowledgeable at all and relied upon Randall a number of times before his actual visit to assist with advice/recommendations on what to buy to replace existing equipment. Randall is an excellent service tech, however he did encounter a problem with my computer, possibly through or a result of cleaning up the system that did require reloading windows. He did get the system operating again and none or my data was lost. Having to reinstall windows was not what either of us planned on.
