Ross did a fantastic job with my tech needs. He was friendly, explained what he was doing so even a layman like myself could understand to an extent. He was able to diagnose the problem and presented solutions that weren't incredibly expensive. He ran into different problems with my computer and was quick to diagnose what the problem was and how best to address them. When one solution didn't work, he tried another one until he got everything resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Ross to anyone I know who is in need of some expert technological advice.

You did not displease me. The only thing was that he was going to come back at a certain time and didn't, but he informed me later on that he had been bitten by a dog and went to the hospital/clinic to get it looked after. He still was able to complete the task.

Randall was easy to book with, he was on time and he was very courteous and efficient. He spoke to me with respect and really listened to what I had to say so he understood my concerns. He actually saved me a lot of money because he found out that the reason I was going to throw out my lap top was actually that a key was pressed that fixed the problem by repressing it (my mouse was turned off)!!! I slept better knowing that my computer was safe and that I knew someone I could call in the future should I have other problems. I am now a life long customer!

Simply Best Buy/Geek squad do nothing for me but show arrogance to the customer with garbage customer service/knowledge /overseas phone service and generally 1/10 rating! (BIG TURNOFF). Nerds On Site (Francis, phone service)(Amber, Nerd on site) were both professional knowledgeable, courteous & very professional. My issue was resolved with zero fuss!
