Not only did she solve our problem, she helped us improve our network security at our store. As a business owner, I was too busy to dig around in my network settings. Now, thanks to Amber, my customers have a guest WiFi network to connect to that is quarantined from my business network.

I phoned Geek Squad as I've enlisted their extra few times in the past. It seemed that their momentum was in the negative with a focus on getting potential projects brought into their service center as apposed to in home services. They said the quickest they could get someone on site would be over a week away. I phoned Nerds on Site- their whole communication was that of a company that wanted to get me and my computer problems solved. They asked my address- I told them - they had Randall who apparently was somewhere close, phone me. Randall made room for me within about four hours - came to my place of business- and solved my problems. He then made a suggestion to protect my files in the future-executed the suggestion and away he went. Everything looked after and I could continue with production. Service and skill could not have been better.

We understand that Randall is your only representative for all of Calgary. You need to change that. Randall is Great but in a city of 1 1/2 million plus you are stretching him a lot. We however are only interested in dealing with him because he is extremely good!
