Bern once again came to my rescue when my business email went down. Within an hour of my office contacting him, he quickly had me up and running.

I'm not great on computers but Bern was able to explain/show me how to use my computer effectively. Plus he's a nice guy.

Francis is very personable and explains technology using words I can understand. As a senior/grandmother, I truly appreciate that. It is also very convenient to have an expert driving to our home for 2 good reasons: 1) we do not have to pack up a vehicle with heavy computer towers, not and easy thing to do at 72 years old with shaky knees, LOL. 2) Great for people who do not drive to have someone coming to our home.

Perry arrived at our home at the time promised. He was very good in helping us update our communications app, review our laptop and make recommendations to help us in the use of our computer. He communicated in a manner that helped us understand the workings of the laptop and avoided using the high tech communication language. Really great service.

I still have not received an email from Webroot! Gene said is would be here today - I still think I need to load on computer.
