I would highly recommend Bern and Nerds on Site for anyone desiring in-home computer services. What I really appreciate about Bern is how personable, knowledgeable and patient he is. He takes time to explain things clearly and if he's not sure about something he consults with a colleague. It was so convenient having him come to our home and to have him order and set up much needed new computer systems for both of us. Besides being excellent at the above, he has been reliable and easy to contact whenever we've had follow-up questions or requests for additional services. We are very grateful to the family member who referred us to him!

Perry arrived at our home at the time promised. He was very good in helping us update our communications app, review our laptop and make recommendations to help us in the use of our computer.
