Perry arrived promptly and had my printer working in minutes. I was very impressed as I had been messing around trying to get the printer to work for a week. Well worth the money.

I think this was more a problem on PayPal's part but when I went to pay my Nerds on Site invoice online using PayPal, PayPal charged double what the invoice was for. I contacted Perry & the Nerds on Site office and they said I would be refunded the overpayment once the PayPal payment was posted. I also contacted PayPal & they have taken my complaint under advisement.

He seemed very trustworthy which is very important and I knew I was going to have to purchase added security because I'm running Windows 10. Thank You Francis.
