Jens Corliss was very pleasant and helpful; he explained what he was doing as he worked. Very personable, professional and I highly recommend this service! I am a senior and the problem was way beyond my skill set.

Perry responded the same day to my website request. He scheduled time with me when I was convenient…even on the weeekend. He resolved my issues and checked in with me a day later to make sure everything was good.

Now have issues with some functions in mail such as copying codes etc not working and unable to carry out certain functions in Excel such as interting lines etc
