I personally had little knowledge of computers after owning no less than 20 high end laptops that failed after warranty period and thought this one was the same, I thought this one was the same. It was. But I took a chance with nerds on site. Now I have a working computer and I have a vast knowledge. the of computers. The cost to me was about 15 dollars per hour. They love their work.

I would relive this experience in a heartbeat.

I've worked with Nerds in the past when they built my office computer, which ran reliably for over eight years. Recently, the system began to slow down and caused some issues, so I booked an appointment with Steven. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by upgrading a secondary hard drive. He also ensured my new system was properly connected to my equipment, allowing me to continue working without any downtime. I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received.

Pleasant, competent

Not always punctual. Forgot to do a download required for my job. Failed to give me back the data disk I had given him, and failed to take away with him the external drive onto which he had downloaded my data.

I appreciate that I can send in a ticket and urgency is understood. I have sent tickets in, so I know it is off my plate, no urgency though and it is addressed accordingly. I have also created tickets, and it is understood that it impacts our day-to-day operations and is prioritized. I appreciate the support.

My experience was fantastic.There were some issues with 2 new laptops and Microsoft.The issues were delt with consistantly over a few days.Bern had not quit dealing with the problems until the computer and my phone were working as they should.I would recommend these people for any of your computer needs.I am over 60 and some of this technical stuff is over my head.Thanks a whole lot for your help and patience.

Now have issues with some functions in mail such as copying codes etc not working and unable to carry out certain functions in Excel such as interting lines etc
