I phoned Geek Squad as I've enlisted their extra few times in the past. It seemed that their momentum was in the negative with a focus on getting potential projects brought into their service center as apposed to in home services. They said the quickest they could get someone on site would be over a week away. I phoned Nerds on Site- their whole communication was that of a company that wanted to get me and my computer problems solved. They asked my address- I told them - they had Randall who apparently was somewhere close, phone me. Randall made room for me within about four hours - came to my place of business- and solved my problems. He then made a suggestion to protect my files in the future-executed the suggestion and away he went. Everything looked after and I could continue with production. Service and skill could not have been better.

We understand that Randall is your only representative for all of Calgary. You need to change that. Randall is Great but in a city of 1 1/2 million plus you are stretching him a lot. We however are only interested in dealing with him because he is extremely good!

He is very friendly and always tries to accommodate my app’s after my wishes. Telling me in a language I understand, not the very technical. He’s explaining what is doing!!

My nerd, (Amber) responds very quickly and is very good at answering all my questions and fixes our concerns very efficiently. It is a huge relief to have someone who can keep the tech side of our business working smoothly.

when my system was reset it was on Google Chrome & not the Micro Soft I had been using for years, I didn't quite "get it" until the tech came back to go thru it all with me what I wasn't "getting", all is good now, absolutely wonderful, helpful tech - Bern & I HIGHLY recommend Nerds On Site, you will not be disappointed

Randall has been a great help to us as we migrate our email into a new system. He is very professional and we highly recommend him for all computer software issues.

I've come to rely on Bern and Nerds On Site for all my technology needs. I never have to wait long for a response (usually within an hour) and he is prompt to come over and assist at my home.

He's come to know me very well and always has a large Tim Horton's coffee and Timbits when he arrives. My dog also get so excited to see him because he knows there is a treat in his jacket for him.

Bern was a clear 100 on a scale of 10. He was great. I'll be recommending Nerds on Site to others, for sure.
