I had a scare and Jens came right away on a Saturday to scan my Mac for malware. He was most informative and addressed all my many concerns - a real relief! We plan to have him come back in a few weeks' time to scan and clean up our PC laptop.

As a senior, it is reassuring to know that there is a tech company we can call that is trustworthy!

I've worked with Nerds in the past when they built my office computer, which ran reliably for over eight years. Recently, the system began to slow down and caused some issues, so I booked an appointment with Steven. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by upgrading a secondary hard drive. He also ensured my new system was properly connected to my equipment, allowing me to continue working without any downtime. I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received.

Because of the great service I have recieved fro Steven, I have an appointment for my home to set me up with a NAS system to back up personal images and files. Looking forward to working with Steven again.

Besides marrying my husband, hiring Jens Corliss via Nerds on Site to set up my new computer was the 2nd best decision I've made in my life!!! Jens was absolutely fantastic! He saved me hours and hours of stress and frustration! He was extremely professional, helpful and definitely went over and above what I had expected. Jens answered all questions and concerns in simple understandable conversation. Was able to find out exact issues that was having and great advice on how to solve the issues. Quick and clear communication. They understand what is needed and are clear on their process.
