A better understanding of the fee structure up front would be helpful. This is not a criticism of the individual that provided the service but more of a request for the company in general. I realize it is sometimes difficult to quote without knowing the particular issue or problem, but some indication of what an hourly fee might equate to would be appreciated.

I was very impressed with Francis, felt comfortable with him explaining things to me. I thought of a couple things after he left, but not to pay another $300. to clarify things for me. Everything is working good I'm happy & pleased that he's the one that showed up.

Not displeased at all, he explained the charges before he even started, gave me time to think about it, but I was in desperate need for my printer to be working, the computer cleaned up.

Francis is always welcome and does the job of getting my computer running 100%' I am an 83 year old so quite helpless when it comes to computers, and I doesn't take much to confuse me when it stops. I only use it for e-mails. reading the news on a bunch of sites and playing solitaire. Pretty simple stuff.

I'm not sure if I will use you folks again as $250 is a bit pricey for two hours work. Lucky, I only need your help every couple of years.
