Jens answered all questions and concerns in simple understandable conversation. Was able to find out exact issues that was having and great advice on how to solve the issues. Ross did a fantastic job with my tech needs. He was friendly, explained what he was doing so even a layman like myself could understand to an extent. He was able to diagnose the problem and presented solutions that weren't incredibly expensive. He ran into different problems with my computer and was quick to diagnose what the problem was and how best to address them. When one solution didn't work, he tried another one until he got everything resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Ross to anyone I know who is in need of some expert technological advice.

You did not displease me. The only thing was that he was going to come back at a certain time and didn't, but he informed me later on that he had been bitten by a dog and went to the hospital/clinic to get it looked after. He still was able to complete the task.

Amber is quite knowledgeable Nerd. If she was unaware of something she said so and also said that there were many people to contact for additional information.

When there are going to be additional charges, prices should be explained clearly to the customer so that there are no surprises.
