See shared comments below. I was please when I called your 1-8xx number and someone answered immediately, took down my issue and contact info and when I was available for an in house appt. Within 15 min. I was called back by a nerd who came same day within 15 min of our agreed appt time. My issues were simple and I think they were taken care of (I have to check something with another org. per the nerd, so will do so this week and hopefully they can resolve the issue).

I am looking to replace my long time 'nerd' who retired in September (we worked together for 12 years). He came to the house, advised on desk top computer/printer, iPhone, and TV issues and shopped to replace some of the equipment. The level of trust between us was high.

Roger was a real pleasure - he was polite, conscientious and it was evident that he took pride in his work. The previous day another service technician I called in to set up my internet said my TV had a defect and needed to be returned. I shared the information with Roger and asked him to take a look. He did and my TV is working just fine. What a relief!

Based on our experience with Roger, I would heartily recommend Nerds on Site to my friends.

Our Nerd Andrew was great! Very patient with us and very personable. Obviously very knowledgeable. Thankfully cleaned up unnecessary stuff on our computer and tried to make it easier for us to understand. Also made helpful purchase recommendations when it was discovered our computer was elderly. We enjoyed his sense of humor too!

David was pleasant and patient and explained a number of things to me that I wouldn’t even have known to ask about he was efficient and personable and it feels like I now have a handle on what was going on with my system, thanks very much.
