Microsoft Windows update (again!) screwed up something on my laptop. This time it moved my Outlook email files from "C" to a new location in OneDrive. I had zero access to my emails. I am not tech savvy enough to know that and could not repair it myself. Andrew quickly figured out what had happened and fixed it quickly.

Michael came in to my house, computer room and did the job superbly. He then spent time with me explaining the security system. As well, I can always call him if I need help.

The response was quick, the work was thorough and I was informed about what he was doing. Very good experience.

Great experience! Contacted me to set up appointment fast and very friendly and thorough. Explained what needed to be done and reasons why this is what he thought. Explained in terms that I understood and answered questions and gave advice that was meaningful. Over all very very happy with service. So glad I contacted this company. Also the price was great I thought for what he did the solution style pricing is great as then there is no surprises. I would have never gotten my new computer up and running without Michael's help. He was friendly and informative, I got lots of good advice.

At this point I am not very impressed with Webroot, so far I was not able to download and install Firefox, had to ask for it to be unblocked. It's my favourite browser and the one I use all the time. Then I tried to get to one of my knitting sites "The Knitting Circle", it's also blocked. I might have to change my subscription, I don't have time to always wait to get to websites that I have used for years.

Outlook can be a real pain in the backside

Michael did everything he could to restore my electronic life and explained in a manner I could understand what was lost and how to move forward. I now have the confidence to start rebuilding and with the knowledge that I am protected under Webroot So thankful he was able to come and help me in the comfort of my home and the recommendations he made regarding submissions to the police.
