Just feedback on the connect part. having to relay by phone to the person answering the phone rather than being able to speak to the person who called gave a bit of a strange feeling. not very personable.

Dimitri was great. He explained what he was doing and answered the questions that i had as i`m not a techie person.

Michael is a great guy and knows his stuff. Glad we met.

He answered all our questions in a manner that we as unsophisticated lay people could answer. We can honestly say he made the new computer transition very painless -- can't image how we could have done this without his help.

See shared comments below. I was please when I called your 1-8xx number and someone answered immediately, took down my issue and contact info and when I was available for an in house appt. Within 15 min. I was called back by a nerd who came same day within 15 min of our agreed appt time. My issues were simple and I think they were taken care of (I have to check something with another org. per the nerd, so will do so this week and hopefully they can resolve the issue).

I am looking to replace my long time 'nerd' who retired in September (we worked together for 12 years). He came to the house, advised on desk top computer/printer, iPhone, and TV issues and shopped to replace some of the equipment. The level of trust between us was high.

Roger was a real pleasure - he was polite, conscientious and it was evident that he took pride in his work. The previous day another service technician I called in to set up my internet said my TV had a defect and needed to be returned. I shared the information with Roger and asked him to take a look. He did and my TV is working just fine. What a relief!

Based on our experience with Roger, I would heartily recommend Nerds on Site to my friends.

Michael Diaz was exceptional, his expertise was great. He kept me informed at every step as he was fixing my IPhone, PC, and both Ipads. - Would totally recommend him to anybody that has complex and even just minor issues with any tech issues!
