I found your service to be excellent! First of all, having concern over the loss of not only my computer, but valuable personal data, including photographs and records, I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which you were able to have a technician attend. In fact, your technician was able to arrive at my home later the same day after my call and immediately began troubleshooting the issues. He had to run out and purchase a card reader for the SSD and returned to check the data. He was able to verify that the data had been preserved and could be saved, which was excellent news. After establishing that windows appear to have become corrupted as a result of a recent Windows update, he recognized that it would have to be reinstalled. He also identified the fact that it would take several hours to copy the material from my SSD to a portable hard drive to save. As a result, I suggested that rather than leaving his computer running at my home he could take both the hard drive and computer offsite to manage that issue. He called me the following day reporting that he had successfully preserved the data and that he had in fact also successfully reinstalled windows, and my computer was ready to return. He dropped it off for me the following day and although I’ve yet to have a chance to boot it up, I have to say that I was very impressed by the quick response, the technician is expertise, and the rapid turnaround time in having the repairs completed.
Your technician, Jaber, was great to deal with, very professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the results of his troubleshooting process and then explain what the solutions might be and how long they would take to complete. I was very pleased with his service!
