I was very pleased except for the fact that Nova Scotia does not have a nerd. One of the servers who works here in Parkland at the gardens has just received his masters degree in computer science and is looking for a job. He has a wonderful personality and did very well at Dalhousie University. His resume is very impressive and I will send you a copy.
I was very impressed by Francis! I was very relieved to have my computer cleaned as I was frightened that I had done something wrong and so glad to have things right again!
I have not paid yet as I am waiting to get my new Visa cards as I cancelled them both when I thought someone had been able to get in to my computer. I would like you to send me my bill and as soon as I receive a visa I will pay.

Michael (so close by!) was dogged in his search for an answer to my problem, even consulting his colleagues. The solution to the problem seems to lie with Firefox and I await an update to remedy it. Meanwhile he gave a workaround that I'm comfortable with. And the price was very reasonable for the time he put in. I will recommend Nerds to my sister!

I thought the price I paid was fair because I had a few things to be done and it took a couple of hours. But in general, a minimum of $300 for a service call if only one thing needed fixing would not be a reasonable price. If it only took an hour or less, it would be overpriced.
