I was very pleased except for the fact that Nova Scotia does not have a nerd. One of the servers who works here in Parkland at the gardens has just received his masters degree in computer science and is looking for a job. He has a wonderful personality and did very well at Dalhousie University. His resume is very impressive and I will send you a copy.

I was very impressed by Francis! I was very relieved to have my computer cleaned as I was frightened that I had done something wrong and so glad to have things right again! I have not paid yet as I am waiting to get my new Visa cards as I cancelled them both when I thought someone had been able to get in to my computer. I would like you to send me my bill and as soon as I receive a visa I will pay.

Michael (so close by!) was dogged in his search for an answer to my problem, even consulting his colleagues. The solution to the problem seems to lie with Firefox and I await an update to remedy it. Meanwhile he gave a workaround that I'm comfortable with. And the price was very reasonable for the time he put in. I will recommend Nerds to my sister!

I thought the price I paid was fair because I had a few things to be done and it took a couple of hours. But in general, a minimum of $300 for a service call if only one thing needed fixing would not be a reasonable price. If it only took an hour or less, it would be overpriced.

My only negative is that I would have liked to know that the anti-virus scan was going to take several hours.

Getting Nerds on site initially via phone was a difficult and frustrating process. Once i spoke to the correct person, all went swimmingly.

you did as I mentioned above. The person who I spoke to on the phone said she would 'try' to get a nerd to call me back. 'Try' did not leave me positive and sure enough I did not get a call for 36 hours or os. Then I spoke to another person on the phone and they were proactive to the point and apologetic. Then things went well. I would suggest that the person who is answering the phone be more educated and take more responsibility for her job.

Another Nerd did eventually fix my problem by remote. Usually very satisfied with service from Nerds - but disappointed my question about billing has not been answered

Andrew did a fantastic job setting up my computer so that I could reliably access two printers in our home. He also sped up the operations of my laptop significantly and allowed me to access the wifi in our house in a couple of troublesome locations. He was friendly and professional throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Andrew and Nerds on Site to anyone experiencing tech issues.
