In addition to my regular cleanup, Chris scanned my computer for remnants of a recent phishing attempt, updated my bios, and retrieved files from an old backup drive. I rely on Chris to keep my computer-frustration level as low as possible. Excellent work, as always.

Great service very quick and accurate

He was awesomely good and excellent. As it turned out, at the time, I just didn't know all the facts. It turned out that I was a victim of a Security Breach. As he cleaned-up my system good, it was mostly my fault because I wasn 't running with either a V.P.N., or Spam protection attached to my 'e-mail'.

Now that I have evaluated and diagnosed those flaws, I have installed both of those programs on the system. I also have changed all my passwords and in process of changing 'e-mail' address.

It was not his or your fault, it was mine and I am considering changing my ISP too. Thanks.

Very impressed with prompt service. Greg gave an approximate time he would arrive for appointment and then called to say he was on his way. Very much appreciated him doing this.
