I'm a technophobe and Randall has probably forgotten more than I will ever know about computers. He's also very personable, efficient, and can understand what my problem is, even if it's not really a problem except to me. He also looks at and fixes stuff I wasn't even aware of to make the computer work better for me.

Luis was knowable and able to walk us through any issues we had with our computer. And we appreciate him coming out on Saturday on short notice.

Had another "follow up" call from David on Sunday ... I said to David that I assume as he was copied in on the NOS workorder that he would know that Luis has already serviced us.

Everything good but service is quite expensive...more than I expected. At approximately $300 a visit I will have to re-consider my future service requests.

Randall was quick to respond to my request, made an appointment at my house. I have been experiencing constant issues with outlool inking to my printer. Randall suggested Iuse gmail for my inbox and that is now my practice. Also, he suggested ways I cut down on subscriptios that I never use and to reduce the number of items in my file folders. I find internet spedd to be much quicker now,

My PC is not working quite as it was before the service, but this is the fault of the service because they take away older programs and give you what you don't really want. Tell them that.

My old laptop gave up the first time he came he told ne it wouldn't update. It was 10 years old.I bought a new one today he came and hooked it up for me. He showed me how to find everything on it from my old laptop I was so happy 😊 😃

The tech that came was the first one who originally came.. I was so happy about that. He is awesome we talked about other things besides him hooking my laptop up. I felt so comfortable and safe with him. I will recommend nerds to anyone I know who needs help thank you guys0

Few surprises once I started using.....font smaller than I wanted (adjusted); some passwords not automatic, had to reset. Not sure that this was a result of changes made or just Windows 11 doing it's annoying things.

Am very pleased with response time. Enjoyed my relationship with Nerds On Site for many years and hopefully more years to come.
