I have used Sylvester's knowledge a number of times and when in need, he's my go to nerd. He shows great patience with me when I don't understand something. I will happily call on him again when I need to.

Luis found and fixed my problem very quickly and informed me what he did to get my computer working as well as updating some outdated programs to make my computer working and showed me what I did to cause to problem and enabled it to close down Also showed me how to print from my new IPad

Luis was excellent! He reset the connection between my printer and wifi. In addition, he connected my iPhone and iPad so that I can now print from them as well. Also, Luis, removed 2 cords that were no longer connected to anything and were only tangled up in other cords. Luis is so polite and pleasant! Thank you, Luis!
