I was very pleased with Kirk Armstrong who was indeed up to the task in firstly determining my specific concern ( connecting old printer to a new desk top computer) then his expertise in guiding me 'on line' to make the proper corrections for connection.

Luis was great at installing my new computer and very careful to check that all my old files had been transferred over and were accessible. It was totally obvious that he knew exactly what to do and did it well

I have depended on Mark for many years and I am always grateful for his help and answers to my questions.

Nerds hasn't dissappointed me but Microsoft sure has. When I had windows 10 and searched for topics I used repeatedly the lists were left there so I could click on them. Now all I get is just a list of junk I have no interest in their content. HELP I also don't like the picture on my site.

New PC set-up, Randell Hall is experienced, knew his stuff. I really like the fact that my new found Nerd Randall sticks with me, no more explaining my system and problems on line male or female, sometimes language issues, rarely they a tech come to my office. So...stick with me Randall.

Prompt, efficient and very informative. Made alternate suggestions for older low capacity 64 GB computer with major storage issues. Fixed many problems with rogue apps.

George was very down to earth, easy to understand and very personable. He explained VPN & all my security concerns, he also used analogies for better understanding. He formatted my external hard drive, backed up my laptop including a one time image of it, scheduled weekly back ups and followed up after the service call. Stupendous customer service.
