The agent did what I wanted in regards to not being able to access Outlook E Mail. Computer running slow so some things took longer to perform.

Due to computer running slow it took longer then expected, which isn't the agents fault. But I should have had appointment earlier in the day because of the time.

All in all a good job was done by the Nerd agent.

The technician was on time, polite, efficient, answered questions in a clear manner. Will use Nerds when I have a problem in the future. Will use Nerds for installation of new computer in 2025 when I have to change my computer due to Microsoft 2025. The important thing for me is that now I know whom to ask for assistance when I have a problem.
