Abdullahi Omar was excellent. He was here within the hour of my phone call to Nerds on Site. He was quick to resolve the problem. After the storm on Tuesday afternoon our internet and Voice over internet phone as well. He found out the the issue was that our VOIP had also got damage by the storm and connected up the owners computer so that he was able to be online. Luis is excellent. He is patient with my questions and his explanations. I learned more about the use of my devices. Luis was also very polite and friendly., and responded promptly. Two thumbs up.

My granddaughter Chrome Laptop wasn't working due to my son spilling water on it and I phoned Robert and gave him to spec I needed for an Apple 14 inch Mac Book Pro with M4 with all of the attachments for the course that she needed while attending college. My son and I decided it was best to buy the Apple MacBook now instead of buying another Chrome Laptop to finish off the school year. Summer and myself was very pleased how Robert spend the time to go over and explain the different hardware and gave her an explanation of each. Robert was very professional and took time to explain how the MacBook Pro work, as she only had a Chrome Laptop. I have to say that Summer caught on very quickly.

My Nerd was prompt in getting to the heart of the problem, which was a very complex one as it turned out. When he came up with a couple of solutions, he let me decide which to choose, and allowed me to take the cheaper option, even though he could have made more money with the alternative one. He made a point of listening to my whole story about how the situation developed, and gave me solid advice about how to avoid a recurrence, and what to do if there was one. I couldn't be happier about the service and reommendations I received!

I found Eugene to be very good at what he did and he did it in a timely manner. He also did a couple of things which went beyond what was required of him. He was friendly and professional. I already have recommended Nerds on Site to several people at a ZOOM meeting I attend daily. Eugene is very friendly and of course very good at what he does

The only reason I gave only a good to the question about keeping me informed was because Eugene seemed to want to tell me things that weren't particularly useful to me. I wanted general information about what to do on this "new" computer and the main differences between Windows 10 and 11. He did listen and did answer my questions, however, his heavy accent makes it a bit difficult communicating.

I would most definitely recommend Eugene in particular and Nerds on Site to anyone requiring computer servicing. I really don't know how much other computer repair companies charge, however, I do know the prices of the GeekSquad and I would never use them. I know what they do and it most definitely is NOT what Eugene did for me. Thanks Eugene, it was nice doing business with you and I know you're there for me if I need your services again.

Despite it being a long weekend, I was pleased to get a timely initial response. When I saw I would work with a different Nerd, I still knew I would be in good hands. I was not disappointed.

I was only disappointed that I didn't have an indication of how long I might wait until he would be available. Whether that be by the coordinator or the Nerd, it would have allowed me to adjust my routine vice sitting and waiting.
