Mark came right on promised time, diagnosed very well the problem, explained why this problem had happened, he had come guessing very well the nature of the problem and had come prepared with the necessary material. He installed the new speakers and explained clearly how to use them, His service could not been any better. I have full trust in him as a person and as a computer expert.

I hope Mark will continue to be our computer expert for the rest of my life (I am 82 years old)

Paul continues to be awesome in his job. He is one of the reasons I still use Nerds despite being in another province.

Omar was patient and took time to explain the process as he went about his task. Overall, I found him to be friendly and diligent.

As usual, Yusaf was very helpful with solving my problem, once we connected and could make an appointment.

The call centre personnel were friendly and helpful. The challenge was not hearing from my Nerd in the normal timeframe and although I replied to the daily emails with my availability, I still didn't get enough information to put my mind at ease or arrange an appointment time. I believe he was away for a few days, but that didn't seem to be known by the people I spoke with and wouldn't have helped me if my issue was more urgent.

Luis came to our apartment and worked on my computer. The Nurds company should be very grateful to have a great technician. He is a very professional & dedicated. If we require computer services please send Luis.
