Chris was great, got a host of issues solved and was up front about what he couldn't solve. He explained everything he was doing and was totally focussed on getting the work done. Very happy with the service and the results.

Randall came over to help me out after a packed Friday. He was pleasant, efficient and helpful. After showing me physically how to boot up my modem, I had been doing it wrong... my problem was solved. i couldn't be more pleased. He was very even tempered and pleasant about the whole situation even though it was entirely my not knowing certain basic things about computers.

Everything was great he explained things to me - so I could understand and answered all my questions!!
