Barry is always very professional and never appears rushed. He always is patient and no question appears annoy him.

Sylvester has been our nerd for over 20 years. He never ceases to amaze me with his information, expertise, and pleasant manner. It is always a joy to a joy to have him in our home.

I was so happy to know that I am up to date with everything. The only suggestion I have is that he took away the larger print that I had been using.
