Henry was reliable and prompt, calling exactly at the scheduled time. He made sure everything was working properly, including arranging a quick follow-up when needed so my work wasn’t delayed. He was personable and helped put me at ease about granting remote access to my machine. Initially, I expected in-home service, and given the usual concerns about sharing access or sensitive information, the situation felt a bit nerve-wracking. However, Henry handled everything professionally and reassured me throughout the process.

Henry was clear and effective in connecting my new laptop to two older printers.

Unhappily, two days after the in-person printer set-up, my primary printer (an old HP 1020) was no longer offered to me when I attempted to print. I sent a text to Nerds on Site and got an immediate response from Henry--despite the fact that it was Saturday evening. An hour or so later I connected with Henry, who restored the printer to me by working remotely. He worked for at least another hour in an effort to ensure that the printer would not disappear again. He suggested I continue to monitor the availability of that printer and let him know if it fails again. I very much appreciate the extra effort Henry has put in, but of course I am now somewhat concerned that the installation may again prove to be temporary.

I want to be clear that--despite the fact that the problem may not yet be solved for the long term--I found Henry to be clear and courteous and hard working and resourceful.

Sylvester is the best….always knows his stuff and answers all questions. He has a pleasant way of “dumbing it down” for those of us who aren’t tech nerds!🙂

Francis remains consistent in timely responses and kindness and genuine caring.
