Well I have been dealing with online support for my new credit card--they thought I had to open a new email acct in order to register my new card. I was on the phone with them 3 different times yesterday and no one could suggest a fix in order to keep my current, and only email acct. I called Luis and he was on the phone with me and solved that issue in about 20 minutes. He is an absolute gem.

I worked at GD and managed a lot of IT work on special projects. I am not a techie but can communicate well what the project requires. I was lucky enough to hire 2 very talented IT people that also understood project language and how to match those with the contractual requirements. Luis is very talented and personable--You don't always get that from IT personnel.

Randall set up my new laptop last week. I was completely satisfied. However, due to the installation of Office 365 and a few other issues not connected to his work last week, I called him and asked him to do a remote review of my problems. He responded quickly and did the remote solving my problems.
