The technician, who was prompt, patient and courteous, solved the issue of my non working printers. As he worked he explained what he was doing. He also took the time to have me try the various steps once the printers were functioning correctly.

I do not mind if you choose to use my comments. However, I would prefer that you only use my first name or initials. The box below did not give me that option.
