Lucas came to set up my aunt who is mostly house-bound due to her illness. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He stayed the length needed to fix the problem and then helped her by showing how to use her tablet. This made her very happy and now she is connected to her family. Lucas was personable and professional. He carried out the tasks we would normally expect and also took time to understand and deal with our concerns on a number of related issues that were interfering without use and enjoyment of our laptops, tablets and smartphones.

Excellent service and the Nerd was very pleasant. My issue was addressed remotely and the Nerd was very patient and explained the process completely to me.
