This is the second time we have used Nerds on Site. Both times, Michael was very meticulous in diagnosing our computer issues. He was on time, and explained everything he was doing to diagnose and resolve. Would highly recommend!

Randall was easy to book with, he was on time and he was very courteous and efficient. He spoke to me with respect and really listened to what I had to say so he understood my concerns. He actually saved me a lot of money because he found out that the reason I was going to throw out my lap top was actually that a key was pressed that fixed the problem by repressing it (my mouse was turned off)!!! I slept better knowing that my computer was safe and that I knew someone I could call in the future should I have other problems. I am now a life long customer!

Amber is quite knowledgeable Nerd. If she was unaware of something she said so and also said that there were many people to contact for additional information.

When there are going to be additional charges, prices should be explained clearly to the customer so that there are no surprises.

We have been using Nerds for about 20 years and your service has always been excellent from the days when my kids started using the internet to work from home options allowed by employers.
