He actually saved me a lot of money because he found out that the reason I was going to throw out my lap top was actually that a key was pressed that fixed the problem by repressing it (my mouse was turned off)!!! I slept better knowing that my computer was safe and that I knew someone I could call in the future should I have other problems. I am now a life long customer!

Simply Best Buy/Geek squad do nothing for me but show arrogance to the customer with garbage customer service/knowledge /overseas phone service and generally 1/10 rating! (BIG TURNOFF). Nerds On Site (Francis, phone service)(Amber, Nerd on site) were both professional knowledgeable, courteous & very professional. My issue was resolved with zero fuss! I will not hesitate to recommend Nerds onsite to anyone. Thank YOU!!!!
