We have been using Nerds for about 20 years and your service has always been excellent from the days when my kids started using the internet to work from home options allowed by employers. Now that I am retired and needed a new laptop, we followed Eugene’s recommendation and I am very pleased with the result. We will continue to use Nerds for our tech needs. You guys are great.

Simply Best Buy/Geek squad do nothing for me but show arrogance to the customer with garbage customer service/knowledge /overseas phone service and generally 1/10 rating! (BIG TURNOFF). Nerds On Site (Francis, phone service)(Amber, Nerd on site) were both professional knowledgeable, courteous & very professional. My issue was resolved with zero fuss! I will not hesitate to recommend Nerds onsite to anyone. Thank YOU!!!!
