Sylvester is the best, very quick to respond and so knowledgeable. I trust him very much and am happy we met years ago.

Mark is very prompt in his responses when we ask questions. He provides details when warranted and can also tone it down to layman's language so that I understand.

Eugene stuck with me and worked it out beyond what I expected.

Maybe it is HP who has disappointed me. Certainly previous issues with this machine. Now I have an all-in-one without touchscreen functionality.

Randall was quick to respond to my initial call and was able to determine the issue and resolve the problem within an hour. I am technologically inept in all things computer related. Randall explained the problem and how he resolved it where I understood.

Perry worked diligently to source the problem with my microphone issue and did resolve it for me. He was patient and explained to me what to do if the issue arises again.
