Sylvester has helped us in the past and knew that he would be great. He was in and out of our offices in less than an hour and all systems are now networked to a printer scanner fax machine. Amazing!

After showing me physically how to boot up my modem, I had been doing it wrong... my problem was solved. i couldn't be more pleased. He was very even tempered and pleasant about the whole situation even though it was entirely my not knowing certain basic things about computers.
