I know I can count on Leonard Cobb when his expertise is required, which means a lot, which is why I recommended him for the work he did.

I ended up figuring out how to solve the problem on my own

Found that he was looking to me for answers that I didn't have. This is why we used the service. Proceeded by altering things that I don't think we're supposed to be altered which crashed out Internet. I then came up with an idea how to resolve the problem which it did. There was still our servers which were not able to connect. I didn't feel confident that he would be able to resolve it so I finished the appointment.

I would prefer this to be confidential as he was very nice but was disappointed that it cost me 175$ to figure it out on my own.
