Both my wife and I are very pleased having Randall as our "Nerd." Not only does his technical knowledge always resolve any problems we may be having but also, his friendly, cheerful demeanor makes his visits to our home a totally great experience. Randall definitely gets an A++ rating from both Linda and I.
