Not only did she solve our problem, she helped us improve our network security at our store. As a business owner, I was too busy to dig around in my network settings. Now, thanks to Amber, my customers have a guest WiFi network to connect to that is quarantined from my business network.

Your technician was polite, friendly and very informative. He offered many tips I could do and explained what a lot of things my machine can do for me.

I have told him to check back with me every 6 months or so to discuss if there is anything new we need to review.
