Communication from Nerds On-Site throughout the whole process was excellent. My technician, Ademola, phoned me to let me know he'd be a bit late. After he got here he did a great job cleaning my computer and replacing the heat paste. He was also very personable, something that is important when working in private homes.

Problem with desktop was diagnosed very quickly - faulty mouse. The iPad issue took a little longer but was still completely resolved.

Angela was fantastic. She listened to our problem and quietly went off and fixed it. In addition she was friendly and personable. Should we have future issues (hopefully not ) we would definitely ask for her.
