Yes. Dave Dittmer is wonderful at explaining everything thoroughly. I wouldn't want anyone else. He helps me understand, which I have difficulty in technology. I am old school and still learning. That is why I call Dave to come and help, when I need it. Dave is so knowledgeable, no matter what product you have. He is the best!

Luis was: patient when he explained things to me; considerate when he did things that made it easier for me; knowledgeable in everything tech, including things that unexpectedly cropped up; & his easy-going friendliness put my tech experience at ease. (Tech does the opposite for me.)

I would recommend Luis for any tech issues.

Luis Feliz was a delightful gentleman, understood my concerns and got my computer up and running. I am always amazed at how insightful Randall is about what is happening when there is a problem with my computer system, and how he is able to spot related problems that I was not even aware of while he is attending to the main problem with which I asked for his help. Today, what he did will save me about 20 minutes per each invoice I submit online every day. That adds up over the day! That was a complete bonus over and above the issue he solved with my "corrupted" Adobe program!

Never displeased with Randall's work! I always come away learning new things. He was so busy it took a while for me to connect with him this time, but Nerds On Site tracked him down. Turns out he was just working very hard to keep up with demands for his help from his other clients, and didn't have time to get back to me.

Your IT guy, Luis Feliz, acted in a professional and considerate manner during his time at my house in setting up my new desktop computer. I was very pleased with his work ethic in getting my system up and running and keeping me informed along the way.
