Luis was very personable and fixed our internet problem quickly. He spoke in terms we understood and was easy to understand. We’re seniors and my husband is very hard of hearing. So Luis was just the right kind of person we needed to explain things in language we could follow.

We will for certain be calling Nerds On Site again.

John Brule always answers my phone calls and spent a lot of time to resolve the problems small and big. He never lets go before a solution is found. He help me a lot to choose a new computer adapted to my needs when my former computer died. Nerds on site is one of the best innovations ever for those of us that are slightly technologically impaired... We faced a situation where our network needed urgent intervention, if not, our supermarket's front end could have ground to a halt (with potentially catastrophic consequences in the retail space)... but, a Nerd dropped in, and quickly had our network back up and running as it should!
