Henry took all the time that was needed to resolve the issue. He is very knowledgable and easily shares advice. Unfortunately, my computer is old and needs to be replaced. Henry offered an alternative solution much cheaper. He explained the pros and cons of each solution so I could decide which option to choose.

Randall is a great guy. This is the third time I've had him over to help me with my technology issues.

Would be nice to see him take a more proactive stance towards a call. While I have told him I don't expect him to know everything about computers, it would be nice to see him do a bit more research on an issue before coming over. Other than that, he's great and I will continue to use him.

To me, Jeremy has to be the best in the business. I would not trust anyone else to look after my computer when it’s not performing well. Jeremy is my hero, with a talent second to none.
