While I have an older system Barry was very patient, and was able to inform me that while I needed a lot of updating the original disconnect was a supplier problem.
while the declining dollar is not NOS problem it is sad that money does not go as far. Yet I believe I got value for money

The technician was very pleasant and showed me how to fix the problem should it occur again. The service was prompt but was very expensive. That being said, I did not have to take the computer out of my house and the tech showed up exactly when he said he would.
You may wish to know I was one of your original customers. About 30 years ago, before the London Board of Education had its own techs who would come to the schools to fix computers, I would call 'Nerds" and they (2 guys whom I think were still UWO students) and they would fix whatever was the issue -usually the problem was with the dot matrix printer which I bet you've never seen.

What I love about NoS is the fact that they don't make me feel silly or inadequate for asking sor help.. The people who are supposed to be providing service don't provide any service at all - and I think I am better off calling on NoS, even if it costs a little.
