Randall Hall is great always friendly and always gets our computers up and running.

My Nerd was asked to obtain a new Computer Hard Drive for me. He brought a new one and installed it and transferred over all the pertenent files that I wanted from my old hard drive to my new one. He then explained all that had been done and asked if I had any questions. I gave him a few questions that he answered with no hesitation. He explained everything about my new hard drive in a way that I could completely understand. He was great and I would highly recommend him to anyone. A hard worker and very competent. A real treasurer to Nerd's.

Second time in the last 2 weeks I have Eugene come to help out. After having some issues I decided it was time to buy a new system and update to Windows 11 pro. I knew the change would be daunting I ahd 3 pages of questions and concerned and Eugene answered them all clearly and concisely. I have had techs in the past who are a little too full of themselves and act like they are there to lecture you. The good ones like Eugene are the listeners who truly want to understand what you need and then provide the solution. They leave you with a feeling of being there to solve all your problems not rushing to finish and leave.All techs should realize it is a two way street. Eugene left with me being comfortable in all the changes , knowing it will take time and practice to really getting on top of things and within an hour me recommending Nerds on Site and Eugene to a friend. hopefully i will not need more help but I know who I will call if I DO.

As far as a recomendationis concerned, I would recommend Bob to anyone. I am not a technology whiz and this man has the patience of a saint. He takes the time to explain things to me which is not always the case with other tech representatives that I have dealt with in the past.
