I found Eugene to be very good at what he did and he did it in a timely manner. He also did a couple of things which went beyond what was required of him. He was friendly and professional. I already have recommended Nerds on Site to several people at a ZOOM meeting I attend daily. Eugene is very friendly and of course very good at what he does

The only reason I gave only a good to the question about keeping me informed was because Eugene seemed to want to tell me things that weren't particularly useful to me. I wanted general information about what to do on this "new" computer and the main differences between Windows 10 and 11. He did listen and did answer my questions, however, his heavy accent makes it a bit difficult communicating.

I would most definitely recommend Eugene in particular and Nerds on Site to anyone requiring computer servicing. I really don't know how much other computer repair companies charge, however, I do know the prices of the GeekSquad and I would never use them. I know what they do and it most definitely is NOT what Eugene did for me. Thanks Eugene, it was nice doing business with you and I know you're there for me if I need your services again.

Bern went went far above and beyond what we expected in helping my elderly father sort out his computer problems. Multiple visits and even a trip to the bank. He was patient and thorough rebuilding his old laptop as a new setup would have only confused my dad. He was in contact with me every step of the way as I’m in Australia and had no way of sorting the issues from here. We were very lucky to find the right man for the job. Thanks Bern!

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Bern for his technical and, more importantly, his people skills. Dealing with the elderly with memory issues is difficult at best, but Bern is able to get things done.

My Nerd was prompt in getting to the heart of the problem, which was a very complex one as it turned out. When he came up with a couple of solutions, he let me decide which to choose, and allowed me to take the cheaper option, even though he could have made more money with the alternative one. He made a point of listening to my whole story about how the situation developed, and gave me solid advice about how to avoid a recurrence, and what to do if there was one. I couldn't be happier about the service and reommendations I received!
